Thin and "crunchy" or THICK, crisp on the outside and "mushy" on the inside?
Also, what do YOU put on scrapple?

1/2" thick, fully cook crisp on one side then flip over to cook crisp on that side.
I like it on a bun dry, or with eggs wy wife likes syrup on it. but that takes away the flaver and its to sweet.

1/4" thick and crispy on both sides. with over easy eggs. Rappa brand now has scrapple with Bacon in it. yummy!

Like mine crispy on the outside, mushy in the middle. It's hard to find a good store bought scrapple. I have gotten scrapple from some home butchering's that has been much better then store bought.
