why does the right side menu(shout box,latest posts,etc) on here overlap on a post page,its very hard to navigate through posts.

I believe it's the format on you computer. I have the same issue with mine. You can adust this by pressing and holding down the Ctrl key and rolling the mouse wheel towards you.
