Camp omlets

Crack eggs into a ziploc FREEZER bag (MUST be freezer bag or it will melt).

Add cheese, ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers etc...whatever you like. (pre-cook the ham, bacon, sausage before adding).

Squeeze the air out of the bag and seal. Knead the bag with your fingers to break yolks and mix ingredients. Drop the bag into a pot of boiling water for a few minutes until cooked.

This can be prepare the night before and placed in the fridge for easy morning breakfast.

You can do quite a few in a large pot of boiling water.

I'm sure the kids will luv it!!

I don't think we ever had boiling water in the camper. First time for everything.

To be honest, If I were going to boil water, I wouldn't do it in the camper, moisture is a camper's worst enemy. I would probably boil the water or no fan
