Memorial Day Weekend 2010 - Lake Raystown Resort - 01/25/10 12:33 PM

Hello Everyone...

We made our first reservations of the year for 2010. We will be out at Lake Raystown Resort and Lodge.

We blocked off a group of campsites and still have several available for CPA and HPA members.

If you would like to come out and join us, let me know by posting a reply here.

The cost is $44 / night, we will get there Friday Night and Stay through Monday afternoon.

Here is a link to their website: Lake Raystown Resort roasting

We look forward to seeing you guys there... As usual we will have some giveaways and such for those who visit us. If you are already camping there, please let us know that as well 2thumbs

Let me know asap if you would like a site, we only have about 8 or so left and most of the rest of the entire campground is full already.

Please post here how many you will be bringing, and what size camper or if you plan on using a tent, and I will get back to you with instructions for reservations.

Thanks!
Tom

OKAY GUYS...

Update from Michelle at Lake Raystown...

You are able to check in early, saw Thursday Night, or stay later, say Monday Night...

The cost for you to do this is at the reduced weekday rate of $25 / night...

If you wish to check in early and / or stay there later, let me know so I can let her know.

All of our sites we have booked are available for this option at this point...

(and probably will remain available since they are the worst sites there !) rant

Thanks ! The Memorial Day weekend is drawing near now !

Rich and I had him this weekend.

Re: Memorial Day Weekend 2010 - Lake Raystown Resort - 05/31/10 07:06 PM

It was nice meeting everyone and we had a great time this weekend. The steaks were delicious - Thank You Ranger and Wildflower!! The kids had fun at the beach and the water park. And the fireworks over the lake on Sunday night were really nice. (I could have sworn one of the fireworks said, "Log On to CampingPA.com", but I can't be sure.)

The only down part was when I was walking in to register on Friday night the first person I met was Crasher. Someone yelled my name, I turned to look and didn't recognize anyone, then I saw this guy standing by a Dodge holding a purse. Figured it had to be Crasher so I said hi. lol
